Chocolate Stars USA strives for complete customer satisfaction! Please use the information below to access your account and answer questions regarding ordering, shipping, and delivery, our privacy policy, and find some helpful tools.

Payment Options: We accept the following credit cards: Discover, American Express, Visa & Mastercard on the page, enter your order number and billing zip code. The order number can be found on the order confirmation you received by email just after placing your order. The next screen will indicate if you order is being processed or has been shipped.

Sales Tax: The sales tax charged depends on where the order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods: Federal Express

Shipping Preferences: Your default shipping address can be modified from your My Account page.

Shipping Rates: Chocolate Stars USA ships via FEDEX. Simply type in your postal code and the website will provide the cost for shipping. Costs vary depending on postal code and service chosen.

Undelivered Packages: Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts before the product is returned. Please plan accordingly to be sure you receive the best quality product. We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

Shipping Time: Chocolate Stars USA items are shipped directly from our warehouse. Our goal is to ship your purchase the day of ordering. Due to the sensitive nature of our product we ship out the orders from Monday through Thursday. We do not ship Friday through Sunday. FEDEX 2-Day and Ground shipping to certain zip codes for a limited time only (cold weather). Usually from September through March. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order.

Orders placed by 11am will ship the same day from our facility.

In order to preserve your chocolate and to avoid that your package stays in a warm facility during the weekend, orders received after 11am on Thursday will only ship the following week on Monday.

Perishable Food: Chocolate Stars USA is committed to quality and freshness. Perishable items cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Return Policy: All Chocolate Stars USA items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Service team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

  3. How does Chocolate Stars USA select products? The Chocolate Stars USA array of products are carefully selected by our team of gourmet food buyers who have worked in the food & retail industry for many years.
  4. I have dietary restrictions/food allergies. Where can I find nutritional information for each product? We have placed ingredient information on product pages to inform you of dietary information such as the use of milk, if a product contains nuts or is suited for vegetarians. Chocolate Stars USA can provide ingredients for all products as provided by our suppliers.   1. How is sales tax calculated? The sales tax quoted at time of checkout is only an estimate. The final total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees. Chocolate Stars USA is currently obligated to collect sales tax in New Jersey. Each state's tax laws specify what purchases are subject to sales tax. No sales tax is charged when purchasing e-gift cards; however, purchases paid for with e-gift card credits may be subject to tax.
  2. Do you charge sales tax on shipping? We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to a New Jersey address.   3. What payment options do I have? We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.
  4. Is it safe to use my credit card? Chocolate Stars USA accepts credit card payments through a secure online server.


  1. What is your Return Policy? All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Service team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
  2. My non-returnable item is damaged. What do I do? Contact our customer care team by using our Contact Us form. Please write you order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and tell us about the damage or defect. We will try to resolve the situation quickly.


  1. How long will it take to receive a shipment? Chocolate Stars USA items are shipped directly from our warehouse, via FEDEX service and do not ship between Friday and Sunday. Please refer to the product details page when you place your order for estimated delivery dates. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order.
  2. Does Chocolate Stars USA ship overseas? At the moment, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
